  11. charge to any BBS or FTP provided all files that come with it are present in their original form.

  17. This scenery file was created using SCASM v 1.4 and FSOFFS by Manfred Moldenhauer.

  19. The intention of making this file is to add a long forgotten yet very important area in the US
  20. airspace and to contribute to the FS community, especially those of us sim plilots.

  48. 1. Unzip these files to a temporary subdirectory and. . .
  49. 2. Copy all atl*.bgl to your fltsim5\scenery sub-dir (do not copy katlexcl.bgl, you don't need it)
  50. 3. Copy nca.atl to your fltsim5\texture sub-dir
  51. 3. Start FS5 and choose Atlanta in your World/Airports Menu

  54. 1. Unzip these files to a temporary subdirectory and. . .
  55. 2. Create the following sub-dirs:
  56.     \ fltsim5
  57.         \ Atlanta
  58.              \ Scenery
  59.         \ Texture
  60.     then:
  61.         copy *.bgl to \atlanta\scenery
  62.         copy nca.atl to \atlanta\texture
  63. 3. Activate the scenery using the FS5.1 scenery manager, be sure to assign it to LOCAL type
  64. 4. Choose Atlanta in your World/Airports Menu

  67. 1. Unzip these files to a temporary subdirectory and. . .

  81. Special Note on KATLEXCL.BGL:

  83. This file is for use in FS5.1 CD version only. It was written by Hans vanWyhe using
  84. SCUTILS.ZIP found in FSFORUM lib 6. If you still experience problems with the scenery, write
  85. your own exclude file using scutils according to your personal FS setup.

  108. If you are directed to land/depart headed west (rwys 26/27) by Hartsfield ATIS, turn 
  109. off dynamic scenery. Use runways 08R and 09L for departure/landing, runways 08L and 
  110. 09R are busy handling arriving aircraft. All other aircraft and moving objects have
  111. right of way, please yield to avoid ground traffic problems.

  138. To use ATC propperly, you must tune to 136.25 a few miles north of PDK VORTAC and when
  139. above Dekalb Peachtree Airport, hit C and follow instructions. Same procedure will be needed
  140. for following ATC messages. I reccomend being at least 6,000 to 9,000 MSL when above PDK
  141. airport.

  143. Taxiways F/L are the ones closer to the Terminal Buildings and main apron (F-north side, L-
  144. south side). Use these taxiways to avoid conflicts with aircraft moving in opposite direction.

  151. This file has been tested using FS5.1 floppy version only, on a 486/66 DX2, 8Mb RAM, Cirrus
  152. Logic 542X card VLB PC. However I had at least 3 reports of FS5.1 CD-ROM users stating they
  153. didn't experience any problems with the scenery propperly installed.
